In Busan, the Lotte Giants rallied past the Kiwoom Heroes 5-4 in 10 extra innings.
Seventh-place Lotte (57-64) won its second straight game and sent last-place Kiwoom (51-38) to an eight-game losing streak.
Tied 4-4 in the bottom of the 10th inning, Noh Jin-hyuk opened the scoring with a double to right field off Kiwoom’s Park Seung-ju.
Walked and Hwang Sung-bin was hit by a pitch to load the bases with one out, but Park Seung-wook picked
off the ball to end the game. Park’s final out was the first of his career.
With runners on first and second in the top of the 10th inning, Lotte’s Jin Seung-hyun worked out of the jam and earned
