He was unlucky not to be awarded a penalty in the 31st minute when he broke through on the left side of the goal area with a powerful dribble and was tangled up by opposing defender Willy Boly.
The referee didn’t blow his whistle, even though Boly appeared to catch Hwang with his hand.
