Kane suddenly mentions Son Heung-min “that goal was so easy”

A soul mate is missed. Harry Kane (31), who left for Bayern Munich, suddenly mentioned Son Heung-min (32) in an interview.

“Kane mentioned Son Heung-min in a recent interview,” British media outlet SpursWeb reported on Nov. 11 (KST), “Munich midfielder Jamal Musalla (21) scored a goal with a similar move to Son Heung-min. Kane himself revealed that he went through a similar situation at Tottenham.”

Munich won their last Bundesliga match against Mainz 05 by a massive 8-1 scoreline. Kane scored a hat trick and was the star of the show.

However, Kane emphasized his assist more than his goal. Kane assisted on Musalla’s goal in the 16th minute of the second half. Kane played a crisp pass into the box as Moussaoui broke into space. Mkhitaryan fired home his fifth goal of the tournament.

According to SpursWeb, Kane compared the goal to his time at Tottenham. “Heung-Min Son always scored in those situations,” Kane told TalkSPORT, “and I kept trying to pass to Jamal (Musial) to see how Son and I worked together. “I kept trying to make passes,” Kane told TalkSPORT, “I explained to Jamal (Musalla) how Heung-min and I worked together. “Against Mainz, I squinted and I saw Musiala’s move. It was one of the best assists of my career.”

Kane made a surprise move to Munich from Tottenham last summer. He hasn’t forgotten about Son Heung-min, with whom he had a fantastic partnership after leaving the team. “Kane seems to really miss Son Heung-min,” said SpursWeb, adding that “Kane may regret leaving Tottenham given the current state of affairs at the club.”

Son Heung-min has fully established himself as Tottenham’s main striker since Kane’s departure. He thrives in the center and on the flanks. With the absence of Eric Dier, 26, due to injury, Son has been leading the Spurs attack as a striker. He was named the Man of the Match (MOM) against Aston Villa on Oct. 10 after scoring a goal and providing two assists.

Both players are the main strikers for their respective teams and have a tremendous eye for goal. Kane leads the Bundesliga in scoring with 30 goals and six assists in 25 games. He trails second-place Sergio Giroud (21 goals) by a whopping nine goals.

Son Heung-min is tied for fourth in the Premier League with 14 goals and eight assists despite being away for over a month at the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) 2023 Asian Cup in Qatar. He has now reached the 20 attacking point plateau for eight consecutive seasons, proving that he is a legendary European striker.
